Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Brayan Garcia (194-1998) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks and American Derek Murphy (196-1997, college: Florida Tech) who added 17 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Dominican forward Frankyn Batista (198-1999, college: Pace) responded with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 21 rebounds and American center Troidell Carter (206-1991, college: Slippery Rock) scored 7 points and 12 rebounds.

Santa Ana outrebounded Brujos 48-37 including 34 on the defensive glass. Santa Ana players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Abdulbasit Ajia (200-1999) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points, 16 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 blocks. American Timothy Simmons (195-1992, college: DBU) contributed with 8 points, 10 rebounds and 13 assists for the winners. Dominican Eusebio Suero replied with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) and guard Pedro Martinez (174-1984) added 10 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks in the effort for Brujos. Brujos' coach Anibal Mendez tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.

Dominican forward Adonis Lopez (-1997) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 20 rebounds and American center Marc Montavious (206-1990, college: Georgetown, KY) added 7 points and 14 rebounds respectively for lost side. San Salvador's coach William Avalos rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
